How does the financing work?
Do I need to own land?
Nope! Owning land isn't required to get started. In fact, many of our customers begin with their home design first. This helps define a realistic budget and often makes the land search easier and more focused.
What does your process look like?
Does your price include site preparation ?
No. That is because every piece of land is different, so land prep costs aren’t included in the base price of the home. Things like clearing trees, grading, driveways, or utility hookups can vary a lot depending on your property and where it is located. But don't worry, once we have your home plan picked out and construction agreement signed, one of our experienced construction managers will visit your property and conduct a Home Site Evaluation (or HSE for short). The HSE is a detailed report that will highlight what needs to happen and an estimate for the cost. Learn more here!
